Ok, it seems the only option left to me is to use the ctrl-space debug commands to put the bugged romance back on track, (I am determined, it is just too damned frustrating). Can someone tell me the exact ctrl-space commands to make Dermin appear the third time, and or advance the romance since it is stuck? All I can say is that for me he appeared in Xfang Pass area in the south. But I think he can appear in all three outside areas in the south that become accessible after returning from the Underdark. Hope that helps ...
