I'm thinking of letting keldorn go because of his problem, would mazzy be as good of a replacemement? Also will it affect rommance with Aerie? wills he stop wanting to be with my main character if I don't let him go?

I can't remember, but can Mazzy use a two-handed sword? If so, then I think she can be as good. I do like Keldorn's Paladin abilities though (detect evil, dispel magic...) Mazzy specialises in Short Bow and Short Sword, so if you haven't got an archer - she will be very handy.

Keldorn wields the two handed swords and he's one of the best fighters with the correct items in hand.

Half-Orc should be able to romance Viconia, but due to a deffinition error, Viconia does not see them as HALFORC, but as as HALF_ORC and therefore does not start the romance. Check Baldurdash's site for the fix. There you will also find a patch for Viconia's weapon proficiencies (Depending on thich level you pick her up, she will be missing 1 or two weapon proficiencies.)

Mazzy's strength is weaker but a magic Girdle would sort that out (sh also has Holy MIght spell). She cannot use the Holy Avenger

Weaker though she may be I still enjoyed having her in my group (lead character John Lennon the Sorceror)

I've always liked Mazzy. She an excellent bowswomen and is good with the sword. I usually not that fond of halflings but she is one of the best
