She is gone for good, you cant get her back.

Um...in the multi I'm playing with Cloudy, we've found her "hanging out" in Government Park, next to the big statue...you may try there.

She may return where she left you in a few days. I had Korgan leave my party because my reputation reached 19. A few days passed and I returned to where he left me and he was there.
