One of them (Deidre - Adventurer's Mart) sells items from Planescape: Torment. The other (Joluv - Copper Coronet) sells items from Icewind Dale.

Some examples of the stuff they sell:

Sling of Everard (+5, no ammo needed).
Shield of Balduran (relects beholder rays back to the beholder).
Robe of Vecna (good robe for mages)
Etc.
