I accomplished my quest and was given the light crystal in order to find the person who will help me sneak into the city. Where exactly is this on the map? I've pretty much scouted out the place.

To find who you are looking for you will have to go across the bridge on the right side of the map. Follow the trail that goes east of the Iron Globe to find the bridge. After crossing the bridge, you should find a cave that you can enter.
