is it possible to dual from a fighter to a druid, if so what stats would you need

I believe it is. As far as stats, you would first need to be human. The main attributes for a warrior are strength, dexterity, and constitution.

You need 17 wis, 17 cha, 15 str and must be true neutral to dual-class from a fighter to a druid.
