Umar Hills or Temple district. which quest should i tackle first?

umar hills i think its easier than those quests in tempple area
have u done the haer dalis quest?
if not do that

I though the haer dalis quest was in the sewers in the temple area

I did Ulmar Hills pretty early. I don't remember it being that bad. I don't remember anything that bad in the temple district either but I did that pretty late.
