Where is Mekraths house that has the gem you need ?

What is the name of the gem ?

I know I know just did that today!!!!!! Go to the temple district.....go down in the sewers......then go to the north east portion of the sewers.....look for secret doors, there are two, the north one is his house!!!!!!

it's called the Portal Gem.
