i once rolled an inquisitor that had all stats 18 except for char & wis & int which were 17,16,17 and then bg2 crashed and i had to reset.

The plug that my computer is attached to is right under my desk, just about where my feet like to be. I have, on more than several occasions, kicked it by mistake or rested my foot on it etc... When I do the screen suddenly goes off and I hear fan whurrr down, and I think - not again. yeah just last night I was here on this board and I loaded up my BG@ game to refer to my character and switching back and forth between it and here froze my computer so I had to reset, just before I was able to submit my reply.

A wise man once said....... UPS..... they may not keep ya running long... but long enough to get a save. eheheh I myself have had that happen to me but I also hate when I am just about to save and something happens and it doesnt work out like you want it to and your last save was 30 mins ago....

A while back, I was playing the poorly made RPG made by Eidos, Revenant, and I was very close to the end. I was fighting some enemy and died. Now, when you die in the game, they go through all this boring crap before you can load your game again, so I like to load the game just when I die. Big mistake. Instead of loading, I saved. I do this a lot now, it's a very bad habit.

In throne of bhaal my game had a runtime error or something right in the middle of fighting a certain demon prince.
