i found this draining thing by those vamps. irritating , i always get killed by draining by lvls , is there any spell to protect from lvl drain or items . pls tell mi!

Negative plane protection,there is also an amulet of power that prevents level drain. Or you can play an undead hunter like I do and be naturally immune to level drain http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif.

you are bound to have one character with restoration i know it's a pain having to use it all the time but u don't always get time to cast negetive plane i find so i don't even bother unless i know i am facing them i would just get restoration spells much quicker methinks but hey that's just my opinion

You can take the mace of disruption to cromwell with some genuine ore from the sir sales quest, and he will upgrade the weapon to +2 and it will protect against level drain.

Apparently the mace doesn't protect unless the game is patched. Not sure if this means the official patch or a Baldurdash patch, i could be wrong but i recall reading about the mace being "bugged" and not protecting against level drain as it should. Maybe someone else knows for sure.

when you reached higher levels, you can use turn undead on vampires and they can be killed without you raising your weapons!!!! damn cool!!!!
