I hate this guy! I have viconia in my party. I went to waukeen's promenade to pickpocket ribald barterman and I ended up at the entrance in the top-left corner. There is this guy ( I forgot his name ) and for some reason he hates elves. He started attacking viconia and we kiiled him, but lost reputation. Is there any way to get rid of this guy without losing rep?

The same thing has happened to me. There are currently three elves in my party (me, jahiera, and aerie). He told Jahiera that elves are the problem in the world but we just kind of ignored him and walked away. He didn't attack us. Maybe he attacked you b/c Viconia is chaotic evil.

Right, he hates elves, but hates Drow even more. You can't kill this guy without losing rep points. Also, if you do kill him all the commoners in the area will be hostile. The only way to get around it is to not kill him, and instead exit & enter the area at other points. If you always enter from the city gates area, you enter from the right instead of the left, so you'll always be able to avoid that guy. There's probably other areas you can do that, but I can't think of them right now.

Viconia is actually Nuetral Evil.

Just leave him alone, you do have elves in your party, so it is your fault.

So are you saying if someone hates me because I am Asian, it is my fault?

No you're right that he shouldn't hate someone just because of their race but it happens. This guy just happens to hate Elves, maybe they killed his family, maybe his daughter married one, who knows, who cares, it's no big deal.
