I'm trying to import my BG1 character into my BG2 game. But it says i have to do something with the BG2 root directory...I'm not sure how to get to it. Can someone help me with the process of getting my character into BG2?

Not tried this yet but in your baldurs gate directory is a characters folder. When you finished BG, your character was exported as CHAR1.CHR. Copy and paste into your baldursgate2/characters folder and it should let you import it.
