Where can be found staff of magi and sling +5

The staff of Magi can be found in a house in the brigde district....you need a rouge stone to enter the house and BEWARE the twisted rune are not to be taken lightly.
The sling of everard is sold in the CC I think...by the bonus merchant Jornul or something like that...he can be found by the fireplace...

CC means the Copper Cornette. Located in the slums. It is a tavern.

Rogue stone gems can be found here and there throughout the game, you will definitely find one at some stage and i think there is the odd merchant that sells one, so don't panic too much. The twisted Rune is one of the biggest/hardest battles in the game (hence an item like Staff of the Magi) so you don't want to go there too early. The CC (Copper Coronet) is located in the Slum District. Joluv the merchant with the +5 sling will not be in the CC unless you have downloaded the bonus merchants CD. actually, you don't have to spend money on rogue stones. In renal bloodscalp's quest, you have to go to a different shadow thief guildhouse and find evidence to get the other guildhouse leader, Mae'Var, kicked out. before you kill maevar after you get the evidence, there are some doors on the second floor that can be picked ( beware of traps). In one of them there is a rogue stone.

Apparently, there is another staff of the magi. If you dont buy a magic licence and keep using magic on the streets, cowled enforcers will continually attack you. If you are of sufficient level to fend them off, you eventually face the boss who I think has a staff too.
