Could you explain it in a more simple way? I didn't understand it.

Just get the url of a picture you want on your sig then go to your profile and edit your signature. Just type {IMG} the pics url in here {/IMG} except replace the { and } with [ and ].

An easy way to do this is to right click on a pic you want and go to properties. Then highlight the url location and copy it. Then in your sig box in profile user details make the [IMG] and [IMG/] boxes as azurewolf mentioned and paste to url in the middle. eg. [IMG]http:/www.kissmyassbitch.com/ass.gif[/IMG]. Quite easy.
