I'm pretty sure that there is a weapon with this name. Can anyone tell me where it is found and what its item code is so I can summon it?

Its in hell in the room with the Dao. Dont know the code, but theres always shadowkeeper.

Well, I hear the swords powers aren't fully activated according to Baldurdash, so they have a patch that will let you use all the powers of the sword.
You find it at the end of the game, so unless you have TOB, you really don't get to use it, but in BG2, its the best longsword in the game, some great abilities on it.
