i want to be able to make my own weapons and i dont know how. i am not a hacker of some sort. so if u could show me how in dummies form and waht to download and what to do with it

Welcome to the board Demoquin.

You can get a program called IEEP for this and id start out making improvemnts on a weapon instead of making one from scratch. Only problem is i cant remember where to get it!!!! http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif
