Can someone tell me please, how can i get into that building just north of the harper compound.Its magically sealed, so i must assume i need a special key or something. Could someone tell me where this is or whats in there? pwitty pwease

When you haven to do the quest for Renal Bloodscalp, he sends you to Mae'var, a Shadow Thief which is not that faithful to him anymore. One of Mae'var's quests is to kill the Cowled Wizard inside that house.

No. Edwin doesn't have to be in your group. In fact, if I remember you can't have him in your group until you complete all of his quests. If you have a good aligned party he might make some comments about other players.

What Skier says is absolutely correct, you cant have Edwin in the group until youve done all the quests. and he will DEFINITELY make comments about a good aligned party.
