I'm in the Bridge District and am trying to kill the Elemental Lich protecting Kangaxx's Golden Torso but I get my butt kicked every time. The only thing I find of any use is the Daystar but the only beats him down to "badly injured". None of my weapons are doing any damage at all.

Any suggestions?

Has he cast protection from magical weapons or mantle or something like this?
If so use a breach spell to ,well,breach his defenses(hehe).
If not return with weapons of at least +3 enchantment.

Yeah, use +3 weapons on him. But I would try that "quest" after you do some more of the main quest. The you will be good enough to kill him no problem.
