Where can i find the cloak of balduran?

I dont think that the cloak is actually in BG2, tho it would make sense to complete the set. I imported my mage from BG1, who was wearing the cloak, but I couldnt find it anywhere in the game.
While the cloak is in the items database, it doesnt seem to be anywhere in the game, unless you CLUA it in, of course.
If you are refering to BG1: Quenash in the Undercellar has the cloak.

Nope sorry the cloak's only in bg1 and after all the trouble I went through to get it too.
