What sacrifice do you need to place before the demogorgon statue? I have the corrupted tadpoles but it doesnt seem to be them as i place them before him and nothing happens.

Any summon will do. Even a Kobold.

You should sacrifice an animal.

I used Summon Monster/Creature 1 or something... (don´t remember the name)

That is because they are not summons, but gated creatures. There is a difference there.
