where can i find the fallen paladins ive searched practically all the gate district

Yes they are in the Bridge District. I meant near the gate or entrance into the Bridge District, I'm pretty sure that GafferGamgee meant to write the Bridge District too. I didn't find these dudes originally either as they are not in sight unless you come off of the main road and look behind the building.
