Butttt..... Tell me what class I should be. Ive sorta been them all, but never got past the first floor on Jonny boy's house. Farthest without cheating was a Avenger dualed to fighter.

It is impossible to dual an Avenger to a Fighter without cheating as they get a -2 to str and con at creation; you need 17 str to dual to a fighter.

If you can't decide, pick an easy class like Barbarian or Inquisitor.

I've said it before...I'll say it again. Kensai/Mage or Berserker/Mage. Dual over at 12 if you choose Kensai, 9 if you choose Berserker.

Excellent fighting skills with magery. Although I myself, woudl lean towards cleric/mages - with high wis and int: they'll be less hassle later on in the game if your party gets wounded.

Multi/Dual class saves me "class" slots - so I don't have to worry if I haven't got enough cleric/thieves etc......

Although Aerie's stats are a bit meager for a mage/cleric (that's the problem.

it worked for me in BG and TOSC so i'd have to say a fighter/mage/thief.
i would basically use him as a fighting thief, who would cast spells only
if things were tough.

Fighter/Thieves or Fighter/Mage/Thieves are useful because the only good NPC thief in the game is Jan, who is really cool and quite strong, but unfortunately has the most damn annoying NPC quest in the game, which gives you a feeling that more is going to happen about this quest, but nothing more happens.
