I didn't know that you loose your THAC0 and saves if you dual class!
HP you keep but everything else is lost! AAAHHHHH

Only until you gain one level higher in your new class than what your old class was. At that point, you get all the previous class's abilities back and use whichever saves are the best. For instance, I dualled a 9th level berserker to a thief. His saves sucked until he got to a 10th level thief.

Don't worry...they'll come back...after awhile!http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

But they are not cumulative! They just use which is the best.

Of course they aren't circumlative, How could they be? You can't have circumlative saves and Thaco, because you don't get bonuses like that. Its like saying you can wear platemail armor +3, or full platemail +2, but why aren't they circumlative?

You get the best saves of either class, what else do you want.

If you want to bring you character up to his new class quickly, read a lot of scrolls, and if you memorize the max for your INT, just drink one of the INT increasing potions. I got my evil Assassin(10th)/Mage up to level 4 (mage) doing that.
