The sewer key you obtain from the windspear hills quest where is it to be used?

In the Temple District in Alkatha, there are some sewer entrances, which are related to some related quests. There are 2 secret doors in the north, the North western one is used for a different quest. The North Eastern one is where you'll use the key. Hint: memorize some Chaotic Commands before entering.

I had a feeling about that since I couldn't open that particular door the last time I played through the game. I must have missed the key the first time around. Thanks masteraleph..
