Hello and welcome,

I must have missed the second crom-faeyr (was it hidden next to your cell in Jon's dungeon?) http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Celestial fury and anything is good. I like to pair it with the pixie-prick dagger for a knockout combination.

(note to self - check speelling)

Doesn't matter if you've been in the game twice, having 2 Crom Faeyrs is not legitimate, mate. Not that there's anything wrong with that - just don't pass it off as being legit because it isn't. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

The best combo depends on what style of play you want your fighter to have.

Realistically, how easy would it be to dual-wield weapons of different size/weights? I can see the obvious sword and short sword/dagger or even twin axes. But a warhammer/katana? yeah, that'd work.

Two death swords. Gives ya -22 atleast, and 127% magic restance, depending on your char. You are also seem to be hasted. Theyd atleast 970 damage. Its like cntrl y except you get to get xp.

Provided you have another character to give Celestial Fury to, I like Crom and Belm as a duel wielding combo. I like the idea of getting an extra attack with that huge strength damage bonus.

I use Souldrinker and Frostreaver together to good effect.

Celestial and FoA cold, fire, acid, electical, slow, stun damage loads!

Well most people use Celestial Fury and Crom Faeyr, This gives them fast attacks with the Celestial fury katana, backed by the strength enhancing Crom Faeyr hammer.
But you can do better. Simply drinking a potion of storm or cloud giant strength gives you almost as much strength as the Crom Faeyr, Plus you can equipt a weapon in your 2nd hand that gives more bonuses. Such as an extra attack, or slowing, etc.

What about using Crom Faeyr in one hand and the Flail of ages in the other. Drink a potion of storm giant strength and your off.

How my characters usually work out, My Kensai-mage uses Celestial Fury katana and Dak'kons zerth blade katana.
My fighter/cleric uses Crom Faeyr and Flail of Ages
My Thief uses Cutthroat and shortsword of speed (for 4.5 attacks per round)

There are many variables. The most powerful seems to work out with Celestial Fury and Crom Faeyr, but then again, you have 6 party members so you have to decide who uses what.
