I've killed Bodhi in Chapter 6 but have not found that damn shadow lanthorn(edit: mistakenly first wrote staff) that I'm supposed to take back to the elves. Could somebody please tell me where to find it? Much obliged!

Its not the staff you are suppose to find, but the shadow lanthorn which opens the way to the elven city. You need to find the Lanthorn and take it back to the Drow Exit forest to the elves.

The Lanthorn is in the crypt where you first find Bodhi, its the small one in the back room of the bottom level. You can find a few items in it, but the Lanthorn is hidden there also, you have to do something before it shows up. It isn't too hard to figure out.

Sorry, still can't find it in that crypt. What do I have to do before it shows up? I've killed Bodhi and used holy water on two blood fountains and staked the vampires in their lair room. What am I missing? THANKS!

Have you staked Bodhi's Tomb? It's in the right room where you fight her. The ornate tomb.

I've also had this problem.

You kill Bodhi, and for me - Drizzt slashed her body and smahed her into bits.

Then you are expected to stake her coffin, but somehow the "activate" function doesn't come up when you hold your cursor over the coffin.

Or else, your game is doomed.

Yeah, I think she exploded on a 40+ hp hit from Minsc, so the stake function wasn't activating. Fortunately I had saved just before the battle so I did it over and didn't explode her this time, and got to stake her and take the Lanthorn and her black heart http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif
