Now I´ve got the scroll and the hammer of thunderbolts....where do I find the girdle and the last item?

I think the Hands of Takkok were on one of the halfling berserkers in the Planar Sphere...I don't remember where the girdle is, there are so many of them...

Girdle of frost giant strength = get it from the ruined temple in the underdark quest, you encounter it at the end, when you give adalon her eggs back. Its the one you get for fighting the black knight after making a sacrifice.

wah, dude, u dont fight a demon knight after the sacrifice! theyre in the kuo toa dungeon in the ruined temple. just move a summoned creature up to the altar and take them out one by one.

In the Kuo-toan dungeon in the Underdark, you need to sacrifice a summoned creature on the altar. When you do, 5 Demon knights are summoned, they are very tough and very fast. They can see invisible creatures, hit hard, and are fast. Prepare in advance.
The sacrifice can be any summoned creature. I once sacrificed a Mordainken's summoned sword by accident when it got too close to the altar. You cannot hide from these knights (they have permenant true-sight, I couldn't hide with stealth, invisibility, nor improved invisibility with non-detection)
