Are the regeneration of the ring of regen and ring of gaxx cumulative?

Yes this is true but why play Baldurs gate 2 when you can go frollicking in nature, hmmm

Yep. Get 2 rings of Gaxx and the ION stone of regeneration and you don't even need healing potions LOL.

/The dragon slayer sword - available in the ruined temple in the windspear hills - regenerates continuously;
Ardjala (spelling uncertain) regenerates a few points by taking them from targets you hit. I'm not certain where I got it, though.

I can think of a few "vampire" swords - Sarevok's +2 sword is one, as already mentioned there's arjutha (again sp?) "the drinker". Doesn't Keldorn's sword heal him as well?

High constitution chars regenerate as well.

Cheat.
Put the Debug=1 thing in and type:
CLUAConsole:CreateItem("Ring39")
(I think that's right.)
