Don't let her talk, surround her with your whole party and then force attack her while she is still in neutral mode (blue). Chances are, you will kill her before she can summon her 2 sidekicks.

One tip is to have your priest (both cleric and druid know it) memorize "Zone of Sweet Air". This will take care of the Death Fog (this will instantly kill any summoned creatures) that one of them casts almost right away. After that, use some summons. I believe that Rakasha are immune to level 6 and under spells, so melee/ranged attacks are the way to go.
