What do you have to do after beating the planar sphere to get it as your stronghold?

If you are a mage or sorceror, the planar sphere guy should offer it to you...you have to be somewhat nice to him, though.

YEAH, and he's dead so, it's for you if you're a mage/sorcerer. Make sure you take him outside to let him enjoy " the sun, and the birds and the bees" A necromancer who talks that way is either gay, or not a necromancer!!!
