hey can anyone just create any item they want? i'm trying to create an Elric
character for my game and i'd like a Stormbringer to go along with him...

I did see a Stormbringer item somewhere. Sorry can't remember the site, but it is out there, with a little bit of a web crawl you should find it no prob.
Now if I could only find a Green Destiny Sword somewhere...
