I can't find the de'Arnise Hold. What is the "overworld map?" The promised flag did not appear.

The overworld map is the place when you travel between, for example, the districts in Athkatla, pull it to the east and you will see the rest of the world, to travel to somewhere outside of Athkatla, go to the City Gate district and go out through the City Gate, then pull the map east.
