What charecter class do you think could be maximus from the movie gladiator
I personally think a Beserker would be it because he never wears anything but leather armor and he uses varous weapons to get away with his life tell me what you think?

Classic Fighter. Grandmastery with Short Swords, Sword and Shield, Single Weapon, and Dual Wield. Basic mastery of other weapons.

He never loses control, and is always thinking. (No berserker trait)

Also, while he was still the Roman General, he wore Heavy Breastplates...

maybe but in the second fight he gets pissed and slices a guys head off then throws a sword into the audince but yah i guess your write i just wanna hear a bunch of diffrent opinoins

You know, in that scene I think He actually is PLANNING that outburst. He doesn't hit anyone with the sword, but later he grabs the spear and is getting ready for a LONG, UPWARD throw at the Ceasar... I think He could have easily killed someone when he threw the sword. Yeah true true well anyways i think ill make a charecter like that and see how it turns out are the any good short swords in the game and what kinda party would i have with that

Rudedawg..actually that whole talk with Proximo about building up a rep is AFTER he throws the sword into the audience. He wants to show that he's pissed off, thats all. He knows he'll die if he kills anyone. So technically he's not building up a rep, he only decides to do so AFTER Proximo talks to him.

And I feel Maximus could be a barbarian too. He does go into a rage, especially in the first fight scene. Like that part where he almost kills another Roman soldier..
Possibly with profs in Short Sword, Single Weap and Sword and Shield.
