I have already received the quest to get to the Umar Hills from the little boy in Athkatla. I am also on the quest to track down Valygar but the Umar Hills icon on the worlds screen is shaded. I can get to all of the other places just fine. How can I get to the Umar Hills?

If you are in Athlatika, which I think you are. You have to go to the city gate section, and exit the city through the main gates.
