Potentially the max Hp (no cheating character would be a HALF ORC BARBARIAN)
AT LEVEL 17
9 levels x d12 (all 12's -good LUCK) -> 108
after 9 its adds 3 hp's per level as to be (3x8=24hp's)
Wich add up to 132 Then add in max con bonus (19 Con I think adds 5 per level)
wich would add another 45 hps to a GRAND TOTAL OF = 177 Hp at lvl 17 Not adding in baldur's helm or the ion stone that add 10% life!!

So at lvl 17 a Barbarian orc would have 177 hp! add in the beserk state wich adds 4 lvls to Con wich would elevate his con level to 23 adding 7 instead of 5 I think!) wich would then make it a Total of 195 HP!!!

So now we have a 195 Hp barbarian adding in the ion stone and other life adding items you can potential hit the 220 hitpoint range at lvl 17 wich is one hell of a tank!!!

...which can't wear better than chain. ~.^

UMMmm goooooof is all i can say!!! Sure he can't wear better then chain BUT he can WEAR Red DRAGON SCALE -1 ac 50% fire res !!!

I mean Barbarian at lvl 17 with over 200+ hp with ac around -10(with best items no shield) -14 (and up) with best shield!!!
And may i remind you adding in there natural resistances!!! LOLOL

at level 40 (ToB time) it'll have around 300 hp and if you remove the exp cap to level 50 then it can get 356hp i know i've tried. also i've played through twice with a Half-Orc Barbarian
