I just beat the Lich Shanglar (sp) and the Lich next door in the bridge district to get the golden something. Where do I find the other pieces and where do I go to put him together so I can fight Kangax (sp) and get that kick a** ring he has ?

His arms/legs are in the Cult of Unseen Eyes dungeon, near the sewer area under the Temple District, the entrance to the tomb is accessible with Gaal's (a cult priest) key.
His final body part is the head, which technically is the one that gives you the quest, it is located in the cellar of the house next (to the left of) to Mae'Var's Guildhall in the Dock District. (WARNING: THE DOOR IS TRAPPED).
I hope you either have a berserker or scrolls of spell immunity on you. Note protection for undead will also work, BUT only use it when Kangaxx transform into demi lich. And +3 weapon will hurt his first form while you will need +4 or better to hurt his demi lich version.
