You can find kangax's head in the house down on the docks that is locked and trapped (nxt to Thief stronghold). You need to construct with golden legs/torso/arms and then kill him - veerrrryyy nice reward for doing so.

The two parts you need is located here:

Golden Torso
Found in the Elemental Lichs sarcophgus after defeating him. He is located in a house in the Bridge District.

Golden Arms/Legs
Found in the Shade Lichs sarcophagus after defeating him. He is located in the Temple Sewers, in the Unsseing eye area.</font>
