Legitly speaking, sit in front of the character and keep clicking (re-roll).

Illegitly speaking, enable cheat and hit [ctrl] + [shift] + [8] (which will give you stats to 18 for every thing).
OTHERWISE there is also ShadowKeeper.

actually i've found that the shift is unessecary. just control + 8 works just fine
