I have a rabbit as a familliar for my bard. The dialog implies that my rabbit can pickpocket but his thief skill icon is greyed-out. My bard has pickpocket at 25%.
Is something blocking the rabbit's skill? The bard is wearing bladesinger mail but removing it doesn't help. The rabbit is of course naked. Will he get pickpocket as I level-up?

you sure you arnt playing bg1 25 for a bards pickpocket is just a lttle low im guessing

It's BGII Irenicus and all. I have not invested anything in Pickpocket. He is mostly a harp playing fighter. I just got the Bards Stronghold...
