UMm well I started Keldorn's Side quest where he finds out that his wife is cheating on him! Then he ask's me to meet him in 3 hours at the radiant .. building!! Well i went the the building(the one in the temple district) he isnt there waited 3 hours a day ect.. CAN SOMEONe please tell me where he might be?

Look in the back of the Radiant Heart. He's not out front or just inside the doorway, but straight back, in the back of the building, away from the front, that is, on the side furthest from the front door.
