I thought the helm of opposite alligment was a Tosc item, were is it?

It is a totsc item but if you import it and play a multiplayer
game its there in your backpack. Shadowkeeper is always the easy
way out though. Worth the trouble if you want evil people in your
party.

Does a good Korgan or an evil Aerie change the dialogue and/or the story?

The develipors wouldn't have done that(they didn't know you could import it in i think)

No, the dialouge does not change but it still keeps them
reliable.
