I have two Stoneskin scrolls (not Barkskin) that have identical descriptions and appera identical in every way. But they do not stack and merchants offer me different prices for them. Shadowkeeper identifies one as "SCRL1V" and the other as "SCRL2B". What is the difference?

I'm not at all sure about this as I've naver encountered something like this, but assuming you didn't use shadowkeeper to generate one in the first place it may just be completely normal, though the difference in price is weird. After all, shadowkeeper offers five different dispell magic spells and six types of lightning bolt, so there may be minute differences.
The reason there are no replies is probably that noone knows (I'm just taking a wild guess)

I've noticed this too, (though didn't check details as you did). I think the reason is either:
1)because one is a Mage spell and the other a Cleric spell. The Cleric cannot learn it but only a Cleric can use it, in this case.
2) one is simply a scroll spell that anyone can use and cannot be scribed into spell books.

I do not KNOW this - only come to this conclusion through observation.
