is imoen levelling up different from to 2 pcs??? with my friends pc, she leveled from 13 to 14, she got extra spell slots from levels 1 -7(with two slots).. and when i went home and tried it out, it was just a leve 7 slot!!!!!

Are you sure your friend leveled from 13-14? Check page 229 of user manual, there is a chart on spell progression base on level. According to your discription, your leveling is correct. So my guess is that your friend's level is below 13 when he level up to 14.

Every time you level up it is randomly determined what you get.

I don't think the number of spell slots you get is random on level advancement.

Check your friend for a patch of some sort: he might be cheating nonetheless?

But the game reverts back to the saved in game status for level up so if you have all level 9 spells slots at 12 level = and you go to thirteen, it should revert back to level 13 stats in the manual.

okay heres the explanation... clarification

same save file, different pcs...
he doesnt have a patch of any sort
when he levels up, imoen gets like additional slots on all seven levels
she has two on her level 7 slot

on my pc, which has the patch
same file
but when she levels up, it only has an additional slot for only level 7

I think it's the patch. I believe that there are some issues with Imoen's first level up after you get her back, and the patch fixed it.
