2) Glacius (spelling?), the "charmed" guard in the living room of second floor (hidden)
3) pillar (1 of 3) in the golem filled hidden room in the 2nd floor, I suggest you get the flail head in this room before finishing the keep quest, since it will be gone once the keep is free of trolls.

BTW, if you take ONLY the flail head from the statues, you don't activate the golems

What i did was not put them all to gether more people have em now(i deleted the save games of that game)

Just force attack the golems one at a time then if you dont think you can take the big iron golem haste one person and send him in alone to get the loot and run back out.
