Does anyone have any good strategy for fighting those Demon Knights in the Kuo-Toan Dungeon ?

Yep.

1. Summonings to use as cannon fodder. Try and isolate some of them as one on one they are very difficult and they can all use Power Word Kill so make sure guys with low HPs are out of the frontline.

2. Area of Effect spells and disabling spells.

3. Use the terrain to your advantage by luring them to the narrow bridge to the east where they can only fight you one at a time.

Lure them out one by one using a thief or ranger's stealth ability.
Lure them round a corner so that they cant see you until you attack.
Then kick their ass.
(check their bodies carefully for some top gear)

Devide and conquer.

Have you clerics and mages memoreise EVERY single defensive spell and stuff liek haste. The demons knights are highly resistend to magic so also summon stuff, Mordenkainens swords are best esp. if they are hasted,then take them all at once. And after the battle kill the mordenkainens swords with finger of death or magic missles beacuse they are resistent and

youll get a greenstone amulet of protection for Charm,esp and Psionics.

Easiest way...

have your party waiting outside... summon a monster send tit to the altar... lead em out one by one... summon mountainbears or other quite powerful monsters... haste party and kill em... easy
