After i rescued him from the mage and got the stone, i left for the theater and decided not to keep Haer in my party ( is not so though after all ), but when he walked away it appears he "stole" the portal gem from me .... and i cant find him nor the actors crew therefore the portal doesnt appear and..... please help me or is this just a (big) bug.

U went back to the Five Flaggons Inn??? They should all b there... though the portal gem shouldnt have been stolen
