I have all the weapons i need and i`m only on chapter 3, The only good weapons left are crom faeyr(which i`m on my way to getting) and the black razor.

Does anyone know any good weapons in the game that i might have overlooked(ive got the daystar, holy avenger and that red dragon sword)

Bathed in Blood is a good set of armor...as well as the Gorgon Plate. Of course we can't forget the two suits of dragon scale armor. The black scale armor is ideal for theives, or for characters that cannot wear metal armor.
