...what new NPCs would you suggest to make the game more interesting and challenging? I´d like to have a charismatic, skilled swashbuckler in my party who twists one of the girlies´ head, perhaps. Chaotic neutral, he would be at least one pure thief to add to the party, so you needn´t get Jan or Imoen.

how about Ninja sub-class for the monk class... they can specialize in crossbows and use poison and have a good basic walk silently and hide in shadows rating

It is not absolutly certain but the creators at black isle have said that they are planning on BG3 but it will not follow the child of bhaal saga. They have said it will most likely be placed in a major city again such as Waterdeep.
