I was walking through the docks one day and I was about to leave when some guy comes up to me and starts talking crap. I myself had low hp did'nt worry about him. But then he throws a dagger at me!!! He runs off and I never got to kick his arse. Does anyone know where I can find this piece of buffalo chips

Acually hes a theif,if you go to a temple (I forget witch one) you meet him again

I think it's the Ilmater temple in Waukeen's Promenade.

He's Habib the thief, and a poor one at that. He feels sorry about stealing so he throws his money into the Temple. It could be a good quest, but its not.

Oh yes now I remember. He talks pissy at you then the priest apologizes for him.

Where do you find him after that..see I had to bring someone back from the dead and I forgot to have that person healed and the little *&%# killed the person, my reply was I was going to kill him, where can I find him?? anyone???

You can`t find him, and yes, it is the Ilmater temple in Waukens Promenade.
You can go there and wait for him and maybe you are able to kill him before he rushs off
