there a -command to disable them after loading it 100 times its getting old clicking 20x. In BG I think they went away after you loaded it 10times.

Do you mean the movies for TSR, Wizards of the Coast etc? Just put disc 4 or 3 in your cd-rom drive when you start playing. If you mean the introduction movie in Jon's dungeon (the one where he goes "it is time for more ... experiments"), I'm sorry, I haven't found a way yet to skip it!
